About the role
Dynamics 365 Testing Team ensures enterprise CRM solutions meet quality, reliability and performance standards. The Tester designs and executes test plans, validates configurations, integrations and data migrations, and collaborates with analysts, developers and consultants to resolve defects. Based in Delhi, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and scripts for D365 applications
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system and UAT testing across modules
- Validate business processes, customizations, plugins and data integrity
- Collaborate with analysts, developers and consultants to define testing strategies
- Document, prioritize and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Perform API and integration testing with third‑party systems
- Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities
- Contribute to QA process improvements and automation opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years software testing experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands‑on testing of Sales, Customer Service or Marketing modules
- Proficient in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and data validation
- Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA for defect tracking
- Familiarity with CRM customizations, workflows and plugins
- Experience with test automation tools a plus
