About the role

Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a hands‑on senior software engineer role focused on Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365. The candidate will design, configure, and develop custom solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform, support and build the MPP application, and present technical solutions to C‑level management, public groups, and board members. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and client development skills are required.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support and build on the MPP application.
• Present information to C-level management, public groups, and board of directors.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8 years experience, 5 years on Microsoft Dynamics
• BE/B.Tech in Engineering
• Hands‑on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM and PowerApps/ Power Automate
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS environments
• Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate
• Experience with full life‑cycle implementation of Dynamics 365
• Experience with Agile methodology

Nice to have

• Experience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desired
• Experience with public sector clients preferred
• Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
