About the role
Cognizant seeks a DocuSign Developer or Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of eSignature and CLM solutions. The role involves creating templates, managing workflows, and integrating systems using REST APIs and SDKs across PAN INDIA locations. This position supports digital agreement processes within the Technology & Engineering department.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions
- Create and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows
- Integrate DocuSign with internal systems using REST APIs and SDKs
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign functionality
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM
- Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST, SOAP) and SDKs
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, and authentication methods
- Strong understanding of document lifecycle management
- Experience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce
