About the role

DocuSign Integration Team at NCR Voyix builds and maintains DocuSign template, workflow and API solutions that enable retailers and restaurants to automate document signing processes. The role designs, develops, and supports DocuSign integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Oracle, creates reusable components for document generation and routing, and ensures compliance and performance. Chennai, India, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and APIs
• Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications using REST APIs and SDKs
• Build and automate document workflows, including templates, envelopes, and signing processes
• Develop reusable components for document generation, routing, and status tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and workflow issues
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and production release activities

What you’ll bring

• 3–7+ years of DocuSign development experience
• Hands‑on experience with DocuSign templates, workflows and APIs
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware platforms
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication
• Understanding of document workflows and digital signature processes
• Knowledge of DocuSign Agreement Manager AI tool is a plus
