Associate Technical Lead, Microsoft Dynamics CRM

About the role

Microsoft Dynamics CRM team at MUFG Pension & Market Services builds and maintains Dynamics 365 solutions for superannuation fund contact centres. The Associate Technical Lead drives high‑quality solution delivery, mentors developers, conducts peer reviews and ensures compliance with security and architectural standards. Based in India, on‑site work model with occasional vendor coordination.

What you’ll do

• Lead project delivery and technical design within Agile teams
• Mentor and train junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Develop, test, implement and document Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with security standards
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years software development on Microsoft Dynamics platform
• Strong programming expertise in C# and .NET
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB‑200, MB‑210, MB‑220, MB‑230, MB‑600, MB‑700, MB‑901)
• Proficient with Azure services, micro‑services, Git, Azure DevOps
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, JavaScript, AngularJS
• Solid knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Entity Framework
• Hands‑on Agile SDLC experience and JIRA/Confluence usage
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM Portals or PowerApps Portals
