About the role

Cprime Licensing Services team drives software licensing and renewal operations for global enterprise clients. The Senior Software Licensing Specialist manages end‑to‑end licensing quotes, renewal pipelines, and customer communications, collaborating with sales, consulting delivery, and finance across time zones. Role is remote‑first, supporting US shift hours, with occasional coordination with stakeholders in India.

What you’ll do

• Manage full lifecycle of software licensing and maintenance renewals
• Prepare and review licensing quotes using Salesforce, Jira Service Management and Excel
• Maintain renewal schedules and proactively engage customers
• Coordinate with sales, consulting, finance and collections teams
• Track and report renewal pipeline and performance metrics
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
• Document and automate licensing workflow processes
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and related systems

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT or related field

Nice to have

• 5+ years software licensing or renewals experience
• 4+ years corporate environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Service Management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with SaaS subscription models
