- Manage software entitlements and lifecycle
- Perform license reconciliation and compliance monitoring
- Administer ServiceNow SAM Pro models and data
- Support renewals, true-ups, and audit readiness
- Develop and deliver usage, cost, and savings reports
- Partner with IT and business teams to improve workflows
- Provide expertise on SAP and Oracle licensing models
- Identify process improvements for data accuracy
