About the role
AI Practice at KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services leads enterprise AI transformation. The Associate Director defines and owns the AI roadmap, identifies high-impact use cases, and oversees end‑to‑end solution lifecycles from ideation to production. Works onsite in Bangalore, collaborating with business leaders, engineering, product, security and data teams to drive AI‑first thinking across the firm.
What you’ll do
- Define and own AI roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify high‑impact AI use cases across functions
- Oversee AI solution lifecycle from ideation to production
- Drive AI‑first thinking enterprise‑wide
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for adoption
- Build, mentor, and scale AI/ML/Data Science teams
- Establish best practices for model development, deployment, governance
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize AI initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years in technology
- 5+ years in AI/ML leadership
- Hands‑on Python experience
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, AI architecture
- Proven AI solution deployment at scale
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication

Education
