About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) - MENA leads AI transformation across service lines, building enterprise‑scale AI solutions to boost productivity and innovation. The Associate Director drives AI opportunity identification, proof‑of‑concept development, and end‑to‑end deployment while partnering with senior stakeholders and ensuring responsible AI governance. Based in Kochi, on‑site role, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

What you’ll do

• Identify high‑impact AI infusion opportunities across GDS MENA service lines
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
• Lead design, prototyping and deployment of AI solutions and POCs
• Collaborate with Data, Technology and AI teams to build scalable models
• Ensure compliance with EY AI governance, security and responsible AI principles
• Manage multiple AI programmes, tracking benefits and adoption metrics
• Engage senior leadership through workshops, presentations and business case reviews
• Promote AI‑first culture and capability building across the organization

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years experience in Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation
• B.Tech/B.E. mandatory; MBA preferred
• Proven delivery of enterprise AI programs and POCs
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management skills
• Experience with Generative AI, NLP, Predictive Analytics
• Hands‑on with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Ability to develop business cases and quantify ROI
• Leadership of cross‑functional AI initiatives
