About the role
Information security governance team at Bajaj Finance Limited. The Senior Domain Manager leads ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 risk frameworks, conducts security and data privacy audits of technology service providers, and develops ISMS and BCMS policies. Works onsite in Pune, coordinating with risk owners, auditors, and third‑party consultants to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
What you’ll do
- Manage information security risk framework per ISO standards
- Track and follow up risk mitigation actions with owners
- Identify new risks across IT and cloud environments
- Conduct security and data privacy audits of service providers
- Develop and maintain ISMS and BCMS policies
- Prepare management reports and governance presentations
- Analyze key risk indicators and trends
- Coordinate internal audits and third‑party consultants
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years experience in information security
- Proficient with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 frameworks
- Hands‑on risk assessment and mitigation
- Knowledge of ISMS and BCMS policy development
- Familiarity with TPRM framework
- Experience auditing technology service providers
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership
