About the role

What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of HR services portfolios
- Lead large distributed HR teams and manage workforce planning
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Manage performance metrics, SLAs, and risk indicators
- Partner with technology, COEs, and risk/compliance functions
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years HR operations and shared services experience
- 5-7+ years senior people management
- Global team leadership across geographies
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
