About the role

Accenture HR Service Delivery team improves workforce performance and productivity by managing leave of absence processes and HR case management. The HR Service Delivery Associate executes end-to-end case management, handles employee inquiries, escalates issues, and drives process improvements. Bengaluru, on-site role.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end leave of absence case workflow
• Process service requests via contact center, email, or portal
• Provide HR guidance and information to employees and managers
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT support
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client data
• Document and update process maps and knowledge base
• Identify and propose process improvement ideas
• Support internal HR initiatives and knowledge transfer

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years HR experience
• Workday HRMS experience
• People management 2-3 years
• HR domain certification a plus
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Operational Excellence practice knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
