About the role

The Unit Manager leads QA strategy, designing and overseeing AI‑driven test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API services while collaborating with engineering, architecture and DevOps pods. Based in Pune, on‑site work with hybrid flexibility, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile and API products
• Develop, maintain and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium and related tools
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous integration
• Lead stakeholder management across product, architecture and support teams
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive AI‑enhanced testing initiatives
• Assess release readiness and manage defect triage

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years functional and non‑functional testing experience
• Extensive test automation using Selenium and Appium
• Strong programming in Java, Python or JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with version control (Git)
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification

Nice to have

• Hands‑on experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest)
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
• Ability to design and maintain automation frameworks
• Experience in AI‑driven testing approaches (intelligent test case generation, anomaly detection)
