Lead - Sourcing & Procurement

About the role

Lead – Sourcing & Procurement will oversee all sourcing activities for hospitality-specific categories across the Adani Group’s hotel developments. Core responsibility is to coordinate pre-opening procurement and route through the Adani Group Techno-Commercial team in line with Group-level procurement processes.

What you’ll do

• Lead sourcing for OS&E, FF&E, guest supplies, uniforms, BOH, IT, kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with brand technical teams to finalize specs and ensure compliance
• Act as single point with TC team; channel requisitions, specs, vendor lists, BOQs
• Follow up on RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations, PO issuance, delivery schedules
• Maintain adherence to DoA, procurement guidelines, sustainability, compliance
• Develop pre-opening procurement plans; map timelines to project program
• Track end-to-end procurement status; ensure early initiation to avoid delays
• Align with Asset Owning Companies; coordinate specs, schedules, milestones
• Standardize equipment lists, vendor lists, spec templates, rate cards, framework agreements
• Prioritize local sourcing from Indian manufacturers, regional partners, MSMEs
• Promote responsible purchasing: energy-efficient, recyclable, low carbon, ethical vendors
• Maintain procurement dashboards; report status, cost, vendor performance, risks
• Drive mitigation of risks; ensure documentation and audit readiness

What you’ll bring

• CA, MBA Finance, CFA, or equivalent
• Finance, debt, investor relations experience; hospitality/real estate background
