About the role
Stryker Global Technology Center's sourcing team drives strategic Global Sourcing for new product introductions. The Sourcing Lead negotiates contracts, executes RFQs, conducts supply chain risk analysis, and leads cost‑reduction initiatives across the product lifecycle. Hybrid work model based in Gurugram, India, with occasional travel (10%).
What you’ll do
- Ensure project teams follow Global Sourcing strategic direction
- Negotiate and implement NDAs, SOWs, and development agreements
- Execute RFQs and award business contracts
- Perform formal supply chain risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead supplier portions of projects as needed
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 4 years engineering or supply chain experience supporting new product introductions
- Experience in regulated industries (medical device or pharmaceutical) preferred
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms for products, materials, and services

- Effective communication and collaboration at all organization levels
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
