What you’ll do
- Optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours
- Ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, and equipment performance
- Define working phase sequences for new production processes
- Identify and implement improvement projects within time, quality, and cost constraints
- Approve process designs and conduct final testing
- Support production during start-up with action plans and training
- Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing activities
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years industrial engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Mechanical design
- CAPEX management experience
- Risk management audit experience
- SAP PP & MM proficiency
- Leadership and communication skills
