About the role

Technical Program Management at Analog Devices drives execution of complex SoC programs and builds a world‑class PMO organization. The role leads end‑to‑end silicon initiatives, standardizes program management practices, and partners with engineering and business executives to ensure delivery. Bangalore, India, on‑site, 1st shift days, 10% travel required.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end silicon programs from architecture to tape‑out and commercialization
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, and governance across global cross‑functional teams
• Build and scale PMO processes, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting frameworks
• Standardize program management best practices to improve execution predictability
• Drive automation and AI adoption in program tracking and reporting
• Partner with engineering executives, business leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

What you’ll bring

• 18+ years semiconductor industry experience
• Managed multiple successful chip development cycles
• Deep understanding of SoC/ASIC development flows
• Experience building or transforming PMOs in large engineering orgs
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
• Passion for process improvement and automation
