About the role

The Content Project Director leads the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple transformation pilot projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards. This role requires a seasoned project manager with over eight years of global experience, a proven record of delivering complex, high‑risk, multi‑workstream initiatives, and expertise in digital content, omnichannel, and AI‑enabled service pilots. The director will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, maintain rigorous governance and quality assurance processes, and proactively manage risks and budget constraints. They will collaborate closely with change management teams to design and deliver training, communications, and upskilling programs that support AI adoption and digital transformation. Continuous improvement and adaptability are essential, as the director will iterate plans based on evolving requirements and pilot outcomes. The position is a fixed‑term contract role based in India, focused on delivering measurable business value through disciplined project execution.

What you’ll do

Drive planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent transformation pilot projects
Build and maintain relationships with client internal and external stakeholders
Maintain governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards
Identify and agree transition readiness criteria for all pilot workstreams
Proactively manage risks and resolve issues with program and finance stakeholders
Oversee project budget, resource allocation, and financial impacts
Work with change workstream to plan, develop, and drive training, communications, and upskilling
Iterate project plans to reflect evolving requirements and pilot outcomes

What you’ll bring

8+ years global project/program management experience
Strong track record delivering complex, high-risk multi-workstream projects
Prior experience with digital content, omnichannel, or AI-enabled service pilots
Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
Independence and problem-solving ability with minimal supervision
Budget/resource management experience for large programs
Quality/compliance mindset in regulated environments

Nice to have

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification
Experience with Adobe Campaign, Jasper AI, Gen Studio, Workfront, or similar
Familiarity with change management, training program development, and digital product launch
