What you’ll do

• Create and manage customer accounts in OSC and DATAZEN
• Support sales with opportunity and quote header creation
• Maintain OSC and Oracle customer data
• Generate quotes in C1 for LOB products
• Coordinate tender documentation with legal and finance
• Submit quotes and special price requests
• Ensure order processing aligns with Vertiv sales process
• Drive process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years sales support
• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft 360 suite
• Configure One (C1) expertise
• Strong Excel skills
• French and English language proficiency
