Sales Operations Analyst (Subscriptions)

About the role

Pure Storage’s Sales Operations team seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to own the integrity of the end-to-end quote creation and system support architecture, accelerating the global Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Based in Bangalore, India, this role partners with field sales and IT to eliminate operational friction through technical troubleshooting and process improvements. The position operates primarily on-site within the company's office environment.

What you’ll do

• Resolve critical quote architecture and system bottlenecks within strict SLA timelines
• Analyze recurring ticket trends to deploy automated, permanent system enhancements
• Lead User Acceptance Testing for deployed CPQ and CRM solutions
• Collaborate with regional teams to author SOPs and reduce cycle times

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years managing opportunity lifecycle and quote operations workflows
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ
• Deep proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data modeling and analysis
• Proven ability to translate complex system issues into actionable requirements
