About the role
Export Sales Team at Hershey drives international growth by expanding product availability across Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Mauritius. The Manager leverages the existing distributor network, designs sales strategies, negotiates contracts and pricing, and ensures export operations and documentation are executed end‑to‑end. Based in Mumbai, India with an on‑site work model, the role oversees a team of 110‑160 personnel and a $110‑160 M annual portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Leverage existing distributor network to expand business
- Plan, design, develop and implement sales activities based on customer needs
- Manage end‑to‑end export operations and documentation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing by brand and SKU
- Monitor distributor performance and report to management
- Ensure sales and marketing activities meet budget, volume and timeline targets
What you’ll bring
