About the role

AI Solutions & Innovation team at Blue Matter builds AI-powered solutions for life‑science clients. The role designs, develops, and deploys generative AI, LLMs, and data‑pipeline tools to support product launch analytics, drug discovery, and operational automation. Based in Gurugram and Pune, India, the position is on‑site with hybrid flexibility for cross‑functional collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and generative AI solutions for commercial data analytics
• Integrate third‑party AI APIs into internal and client‑facing applications
• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to demonstrate AI value
• Develop and maintain internal tools (Streamlit, FastAPI) to streamline workflows
• Implement data pipelines and ETL for model training and inference
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for timely delivery
• Ensure project success using agile delivery model
