About the role

Branch Sales and Service Manager at Muthoot FinCorp leads the branch team to drive sales, manage gold loan operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Based in MAU, this position works on-site at the branch with occasional hybrid flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Ensure timely interest collection and overdue recovery
• Monitor day‑to‑day branch operations and allocate resources
• Oversee gold loan documentation, KYC, and legal compliance
• Drive digital tool adoption to improve processing efficiency
• Organize marketing activities and maintain high‑value customer relationships
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and escalations
• Maintain regulatory and internal compliance standards
• Supervise cash handling, fund transfers, and account management

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years branch management experience
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong knowledge of KYC and gold loan processes
• Ability to manage cash handling and financial transactions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
