- Manage the customer journey from application to disbursement
- Achieve sales targets and daily call plans as set by the Branch Business Manager
- Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
- Maintain soft bucket collections and monitor loan performance
What you’ll bring
- 1-5 years experience in sales or business development
- Proficiency in local language and English
