The Senior Branch Sales Officer acquires customers, builds referral partner networks, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while cross‑selling insurance. What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Identify micro markets and empanel referral partners
• Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
• Manage customer journey and loan processing
• Cross‑sell insurance to loan customers
• Retain existing loan customers
