About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch team drives micro market expansion and gold‑backed loan growth. The Senior Branch Sales Officer leads customer acquisition, builds referral partner networks, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while delivering doorstep service. Based in Trichy with an on‑site work model, the role includes cold‑calling, sales calls, and cross‑selling insurance to retain and grow the loan portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development and cold calling
• Generate leads and manage daily sales calls as per branch plan
• Activate and nurture referral partners to expand micro‑LAP and gold‑backed loan business
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Maintain relationships between customers and the branch, ensuring retention

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years experience in sales or business development
• Proven ability to acquire customers and generate leads
• Experience managing referral partner relationships
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to cross‑sell insurance products
