About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch sales team drives customer acquisition for secured and unsecured business loans across Indore. The Senior Branch Sales Officer leads business development, cultivates referral partners, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while cross‑selling insurance. Indore, on-site, hybrid model with branch support and occasional field visits.

What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development
• Generate leads and manage sales pipeline in assigned area
• Activate and nurture referral partners for loan business
• Provide doorstep service and end‑to‑end loan processing
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain soft bucket collections and early mortality targets

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years experience in retail assets, home loans and loan against property
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and relationship building skills
• Experience with micro market development and referral partner activation
• Ability to conduct cold calling and daily sales calls
