What you’ll do
- Manage incident lifecycle and root cause analysis
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance for data platform support
- Monitor and optimize Azure SQL databases
- Support ADF pipelines and Synapse workloads
- Troubleshoot Spark and Delta Lake performance
- Maintain Snowflake integration and data integrity
- Automate support tasks with PowerShell, Python, Terraform
- Collaborate on CI/CD and IaC deployments
- Enforce data security, access control, and compliance
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in data platform support or DB administration
- Hands‑on Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, storage
- Proficient with Spark Notebooks, Apache Spark, Snowflake
- Strong ETL/ELT, automation, and ITIL incident management
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Bicep
- Knowledge of Azure Purview for data governance
- Azure Data Engineer or Azure SQL Admin certification
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
