What you’ll do
- Execute collection strategy and track performance
- Monitor and review channel partner performance
- Segment portfolio and prioritize dialer outreach
- Conduct call sampling and quality audits
- Ensure uptime of collection systems and coordinate continuity
- Identify legal approach opportunities and manage field referrals
- Analyze action codes and propose performance improvements
- Manage agency payouts and ensure SLA adherence
What you’ll bring
- Post‑Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
- Credit Card knowledge
- Understanding of collection processes

- 8-10 years overall experience
- 5-7 years relevant collections experience
