About the role

Retail Assets at IDFC FIRST Bank drives loan against property business. The Territory Manager will develop strategic sales plans, build customer relationships, and lead a sales team to meet targets for the EIL region. Ahmedabad, India, on-site.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Loan against Property products
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• 3+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant stream
