About the role

Solventum AI Platform team drives innovative AI solutions for healthcare, building scalable platforms that power large language models and advanced agentic systems. The AI Architect leads design and development of AI platforms, mentors engineers, ensures compliance, and moves research prototypes into production. Bangalore, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Architect and develop AI platforms supporting large language models for healthcare
• Design frameworks for processing structured and unstructured healthcare data
• Serve as primary technical authority on AI platform development
• Mentor junior AI engineers through code reviews and workshops
• Implement model evaluation frameworks for accuracy, robustness, and fairness
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data regulations
• Partner with engineering to move prototypes into production environments
• Lead knowledge‑sharing on emerging AI trends and best practices

What you’ll bring

• Master's in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years AI/ML platform experience
• 15+ years software engineering in AI/ML with 10+ years platform building
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, transformer architectures and model routing
• Skilled with AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Deep expertise in building enterprise-grade Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
• Hands‑on experience with autonomous AI agents and multi‑agent orchestration
• Strong background in cloud platforms, on‑prem deployments, MLOps/LLMOps
