About the role
Drafting Support Team at WSP focuses on delivering high‑quality BIM models for infrastructure projects. The Senior BIM Modeler leads RCD drawing work, ensures design briefs are met, mentors junior staff, and coordinates with clients and CAD managers. Based in Bengaluru, India with hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
What you’ll do
- Prepare feasibility study reports and support CAD manager
- Review project scope and ensure design briefs are fully addressed
- Monitor work progress to meet timeframes and quality standards
- Produce detailed drafting work and flag issues affecting progress
- Manage delegated tasks and communicate with clients as needed
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in CAD
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
