About the role
Senior BIM Modeller to produce and verify BIM models and civil drawings for UK Water projects, ensuring technical and quality assurance, client feedback, and schedule adherence. Coordinate with design professionals and BIM Manager, implement BIM Execution Plan, prepare discipline models for coordination meetings, lead discipline-specific BIM content development, and resolve technical issues across disciplines.
What you’ll do
- Produce and verify BIM models and civil drawings for Water Civils
- Ensure technical and quality assurance, client feedback
- Resolve technical issues, drive accountability culture
- Coordinate with design professionals and BIM Manager
- Adhere to schedule and quality requirements
- Collaborate across disciplines to mitigate design challenges
- Implement BIM Execution Plan and workflow criteria
- Prepare discipline model for BIM Coordination Meetings
- Lead development of discipline-specific BIM content
What you’ll bring
- Diploma Civil Engineering/BE Civil/ITI Drafting
- 5+ yrs BIM Modeller experience
- EngTech/IEng/ISO 19650 cert or working toward
- Water/Wastewater project delivery experience
- Digital design platform experience
- BIM tools: Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360, Civils 3D
- AutoCAD drawing linkage and cleanup
- Interoperability understanding
- Microsoft Office suite knowledge
