What you’ll do
- Respond to customer cases per SLA.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure Forcepoint products perform optimally.
- Gather logs, configs, reproduce reported issues.
- Research solutions via knowledge base and team.
- Recommend solutions and follow through to resolution.
- Prioritize workload by severity and impact.
- Manage escalations and keep customers informed.
- Document all interactions in tracking database.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Provide technical reviews of documentation.
- Act as subject matter expert on product components.
- Deliver training on product and integrations.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of B2B technical support experience.
- Proficiency with Forcepoint DLP, Data Security, Endpoint Security.
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP).
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and Active Directory.
