Global HR Operations & Service Delivery team at Avaloq ensures end‑to‑end HR services across multiple countries, driving compliance and efficiency. The Senior HR Operations Professional will manage HR administration and full‑cycle payroll for India, guide a junior teammate, and partner with regional HR contacts to optimize processes. Hybrid work model supporting the Asia region, with flexibility to work remotely and onsite as needed.
What you’ll do
- Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing for India
- Maintain accurate employee data in SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide first‑point HR support via ticketing system
- Coordinate with external payroll and benefits vendors
- Guide junior team member on BAU tasks
- Drive process optimization and support HR projects
- Collaborate with regional HR contacts across Asia
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years HR Operations experience
- Expertise in Indian labour law and payroll compliance
- Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
