- Define global HR process vision and standards
- Drive service delivery and SLA adherence across regions
- Lead automation and RPA initiatives for HR case management
- Manage HR data governance, audits and compliance
- Partner with HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance and IT
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years HR Operations experience
- Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle or SuccessFactors
- Proven people leadership managing multi‑location teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI)
- Lean/Six Sigma process improvement background
