About the role
PAS GPO team at EY delivers end‑to‑end SAP solutions and ongoing application management. The Senior SAP Techno‑Functional Consultant designs, develops and supports ABAP RICEFW objects, resolves L2/L3 tickets and manages defects across HR and Finance modules while integrating with SAP CPI. Bengaluru, on‑site, Full‑time role with hybrid offshore delivery model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Own and resolve complex L2/L3 support tickets
- Identify, track and resolve system defects
- Design, develop and modify ABAP RICEFW objects
- Create and maintain techno‑functional specifications and RCA reports
- Monitor and support SAP CPI integration flows
- Collaborate with onshore teams and business users
What you’ll bring
- 4–7 years SAP ABAP experience
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience
- Post‑production AMS support experience
- Experience with SAP HR/HCM modules
- Hands‑on SAP CPI integration
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager)
- Strong root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
