About the role
Asset Management CAO team drives operational and support capabilities across investment management. In this role you will support research governance, operational workflows and analytical reporting for Equity, Fixed Income and Multi‑Asset teams, coordinating external research processes and improving operational efficiency. Gurgaon, India, hybrid work model with flexibility on location.
What you’ll do
- Support execution and improvement of research governance processes
- Coordinate external research activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Produce reporting and analysis for governance forums
- Monitor process effectiveness and implement operational improvements
- Support data analysis initiatives to enhance transparency
- Coordinate stakeholder activities across investment and support teams
- Assist with risk identification and maintain operational controls
- Maintain documentation and governance records
What you’ll bring
- Experience in asset management or investment operations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Interest in investment research governance
- Strong organisational skills in fast‑paced environment
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, AlphaSense, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python
