- Enhance and sustain Windows client‑server application
- Architect, design, document, and implement quality solutions
- Lead epic refinement meetings
- Ensure code quality via reviews and analysis
- Improve build, deployment, monitoring, and observability
- Mentor teammates and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate cross‑functionally
- Stay ahead of new technologies
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years software development
- Expertise in C++ and modern C++ frameworks
- Strong OOD and SOLID principles
- Relational database experience (Oracle preferred)
- C# experience desired
- Static/dynamic code analysis tools
- Unit and automated UI testing
- Mentoring and communication skills
