About the role

Technical Program Management at Exxat builds a cloud platform for health sciences education. The Technical Project Manager II leads planning, execution and delivery of multiple related technical projects, manages dependencies, risks and drives continuous process improvements while partnering with engineering leads on trade‑offs. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple technical projects
• Manage cross‑workstream dependencies, critical paths and milestones
• Own risk, issue and escalation management
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and metrics
• Partner with engineering leads to evaluate technical trade‑offs
• Coordinate execution across engineering and cross‑functional teams

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4-7 years technical project management in SaaS
• Strong technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Data‑driven project reporting experience
• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools for workflow automation

Nice to have

MBA is a plus
