Senior Technical Consultant – Scale Specialist Lead (ODSP/Teams – Tenant-to-Tenant)

About the role

Kyndryl Scale Specialist Lead team drives tenant-to-tenant SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams migrations at scale. The Senior Technical Consultant leads migration technical authority, creates runbooks, validates gates, troubleshoots complex failures and coordinates with Identity and Entra specialists. Hybrid work across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Greater Noida, with regional shift coverage.

What you’ll do

• Act as technical authority for ODSP/Teams migration in assigned region
• Define and maintain migration runbooks, validation gates and remediation playbooks
• Troubleshoot complex migration failures including permissions, sharing and throttling
• Provide guidance on Teams file dependencies and cutover sequencing
• Capture evidence for migration acceptance and audit readiness
• Maintain known‑issues catalogue and drive repeat issue reduction
• Coordinate with Identity and Entra Apps specialists on access dependencies
• Provide metrics on exceptions and remediation throughput

What you’ll bring

• Delivered tenant-to-tenant ODSP/Teams content migrations in production
• Deep SharePoint Online and OneDrive expertise
• Hands‑on experience with ShareGate or Quest migration tools
• Strong runbook discipline and industrial delivery patterns
• Willingness to align working hours to regional cutovers
• Evidence capture and documentation habits
• Coaching and guiding teams while maintaining pace
• PowerShell/Graph automation experience (good‑to‑have)
