About the role
Agentforce team at Salesforce drives AI‑first DevOps transformation for customers. The Senior Technical Consultant designs and implements Salesforce DevOps pipelines, collaborates with architects and stakeholders, and champions AI coding assistants to accelerate CI/CD delivery. Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Define requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
- Assess and improve existing DevOps processes and tools
- Design and implement DevOps solutions tailored to customer needs
- Lead setup and execution of Salesforce DevOps frameworks for small‑to‑medium projects
- Collaborate with Technical Architects on enterprise‑scale programs
- Ensure successful continuous delivery across environments
- Integrate AI coding assistants to accelerate pipeline development
- Maintain platform security, governance, and best practices
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Salesforce platform DevOps experience
- Hands‑on Salesforce DX, CLI, Apex, LWC
- CI/CD tools: Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
- Version control: GitHub, Bitbucket
- Sandbox strategy and release governance
- Docker and orchestration pipeline experience
- Test automation tools: Selenium, ApexUnit
- Client‑facing communication and project leadership
