About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative in Bengaluru, India, to support internal and external customers with loan servicing inquiries and complaints. The role involves monitoring loan systems, processing complex transactions, and acting as the primary contact for construction monitoring and disbursements. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 1-3 years of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
• Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online
• Act as primary loan servicing contact involving construction monitoring and disbursements
• Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and release collateral
• Audit loan systems of record for new loan setups, modifications, data input, and customer research
• Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

What you’ll bring

1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
