About the role

What you’ll do
- Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products
- Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues with internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
- Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Control, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams
- Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions while evaluating risks
- Serve as an escalation point for resolving client issues
- Provide guidance and training to peers
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent
- Experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
