Senior Analyst, Corporate & Commercial Loan Servicing

About the role

Corporate & Commercial Loan Servicing team at MUFG manages a portfolio of commercial and corporate loans, ensuring accurate processing and risk mitigation. The Senior Analyst supports loan servicing activities, prepares documentation, processes fees, and reconciles transactions while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders. Mumbai office, on-site work model, with opportunities to deepen expertise in loan operations and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Support servicing activities for a portfolio of commercial loans, including data analysis and product maintenance
• Prepare and review loan documentation and manage loan processing tasks
• Process interest and commitment fees, deal closings, restructurings, and amendments
• Book borrowings, rollovers, paydowns, and commitment reductions
• Maintain collateral, insurance, and perform general ledger reconciliations
• Escalate control gaps and support implementation of risk mitigation procedures
• Assist with revolving credit facilities, term loans, asset securitizations, and asset‑based lending

What you’ll bring

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in complex financial services environment
• Knowledge of loan processes and lending systems (ACBS, AFS, OVS)
• Understanding of risk policies, compliance regulations, and applicable laws
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, investors, and internal teams
