About the role
Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) at S&P Global drives data innovation and AI‑enabled insights across the enterprise. As the Finance Business Leader, you will partner with EDO leadership to shape financial strategy, lead budgeting, forecasting and multi‑year expense productivity programs, and embed AI‑enhanced models into FP&A workflows. Based in India with a hybrid/on‑site model, you’ll guide a high‑performing finance team and influence technology investment decisions.
What you’ll do
- Serve as primary finance partner to EDO leadership providing strategic insight
- Lead financial planning, execution and reporting for multi‑year expense productivity program
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting using AI‑enhanced planning tools
- Develop sophisticated financial models and dashboards for executive decision‑making
- Build and lead a high‑performing finance team fostering AI adoption
- Translate strategy into actionable financial plans and participate in QBRs
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years progressive finance experience
- 10+ years FP&A focus in technology sectors
- Proven track record with C‑suite executives
- Extensive experience with SDLC and technology workforce planning
- Experience developing business cases for data and technology initiatives
- Track record implementing AI or automation in FP&A processes
- MBA and/or CPA/Chartered Accountant preferred
