About the role
EdgeConneX's FP&A team drives financial strategy for the EdgeConneX and AdaniConneX joint venture in India, supporting rapid data center growth. The Director leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting and capital planning, building models and dashboards to guide senior leadership decisions. Based in Ahmedabad, on-site at the joint venture office, reporting to the SVP of FP&A.
What you’ll do
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecasts for the India joint venture
- Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow and capital projects
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages for leadership and board review
- Analyze performance versus budget and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
- Establish financial KPIs and dashboards for utilization, revenue backlog and project returns
- Partner with development, construction, operations and commercial teams to support investment decisions
- Track project-level capital expenditures and assess returns including IRR and NPV
- Drive process improvements and reporting standards for a fast‑growing hyperscale infrastructure platform
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years progressive finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
