About the role

Finance & Accounting team at Accenture drives strategic financial planning and analysis for global operations. The Director leads a 50‑60 member FP&A team delivering management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across regions and products, while partnering with senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights. Based in Gurugram, India, this on‑site role requires extensive travel for global coordination and offers relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a large FP&A team
• Oversee preparation of standard and ad‑hoc management reports
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Partner with business units to translate data into strategic insights
• Manage client communications and resolve reporting anomalies
• Ensure compliance with audit and SOX requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for reporting platforms
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 18-28 years of FP&A experience
• Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred
• Experience in logistics & freight industry
• Proficiency with Oracle and database reporting tools
• Managed global FP&A processes for multinational clients
