About the role

Financial Services Cloud (FSC) team at Salesforce drives AI‑infused financial services solutions for banks, wealth managers and insurers. The Senior Director defines product vision, roadmap and AI‑agent workflows, leading cross‑functional execution and executive engagement. Role based in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute FSC product roadmap across banking, wealth & insurance
  • Drive AI‑agent integration and data cloud alignment in product vision
  • Lead cross‑functional teams through Agentic PDLC
  • Partner with customers and field teams to validate problems and solutions
  • Translate complex financial workflows into scalable product requirements
  • Represent product direction at executive briefings and industry events

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years product management, 12+ in enterprise SaaS & financial services
  • Proven AI‑first product strategy and prompt engineering expertise
  • Deep domain knowledge in banking, wealth management or insurance
  • Track record delivering complex technology products end‑to‑end
  • Strong executive communication and GTM instincts
