About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation - Technology M&A team at Accenture helps global clients navigate technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. The Senior Manager leads large‑scale Tech M&A programs, drives sign‑to‑close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation strategies across infrastructure, cloud, ERP and architecture domains. Works directly with C‑suite executives and senior technology leaders, overseeing Integration and Separation Management Offices while mentoring managers and consultants. Hyderabad, India, On-site, hybrid schedule as required.
What you’ll do
- Lead large‑scale Technology M&A programs across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures
- Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior technology executives on transaction‑related decisions
- Oversee sign‑to‑close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration and separation execution
- Define technology integration and separation strategies across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and ERP
- Drive synergy identification, risk mitigation and value capture throughout the deal lifecycle
- Manage Integration Management Office (IMO) and Separation Management Office (SMO) governance and delivery
- Build executive‑level business cases, steering committee materials and transformation roadmaps
- Support business development, proposal creation and practice growth initiatives
What you’ll bring
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred
- 12–18 years consulting or technology advisory experience
- Proven leadership of Technology M&A engagements and large integration programs
- Experience in at least one domain: IT Infrastructure & Cloud, ERP, or Enterprise Architecture
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting sales and practice growth
- Ability to translate transaction objectives into actionable technology strategies
- Mentoring and developing managers and consultants
